Brixius Kell is responsible for the development of the Capital Markets department at BelSquare.

Brixius holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in notarial law and taxation from the University of Brussels.

Until recently, Brixius Kell was a Partner within EY’s International Tax & Transactions Services (ITTS) team, where he specialized in Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction (RHC). Brixius has more than 20 years of experience in advising on real estate transactions, due diligence of real estate companies and the structuring and financial and tax optimization of real estate investments.

Brixius started his career at a notary’s office and PwC before joining EY in 2002. From 2006 to 2011, he was a Partner of the Capital Markets team at Cushman.
