Peter de Groot has over 30 years of experience in commercial property valuation, and was  Partner and Head of Valuation Services at CBRE.

He graduated as an architect and is a RICS Registered Valuer. In addition to his advisory role at BelSquare, Peter sits on the Board of Directors of two real estate companies and participates in a non-profit organization promoting social & sustainable urban planning and development.
