BelSquare advised the company Ghelamco in the acquisition of the company Silver Tower, which holds itself a ground located Place Saint-Lazare in the North district.

The company Silver Tower also has a building permit to build 40.000 sqm of offices + parking lot . The seller is AG Real Estate.

Ghelamco is going to build an office tower, in the meanwhile the Brussels Region confirms her intention to rent the whole building.
