BelSquare is looking for a trilingual Office Manager to reinforce his team and his growing business.
We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication.
Our requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ...)
- You are bilingual FR / D or D/ FR, and also a good knowledge of English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have the will to grow professionally and develop a positive atmosphere in the team
Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the point person for Office Manager duties (administrative staff management and general service Management)
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Managing office budgets (invoices, payments, expense reports, ...)
- Dealing with correspondence and queries
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Organizing company events
